Pick-up Laundry/Dry-Cleaning Service (for East Elmbridge only)

MDHS must receive referrals from health and social care professionals.

MDHS, work in conjunction with a laundry/dry-cleaning company.

The laundry/dry-cleaning is collected and delivered from the clients home by the laundry/dry-cleaning company.

Allocation for the service is dealt with by MDHS.

This is a fortnightly service.

The charge for this service is paid to the driver on delivery of the laundry.

A monthly account can be set up with the laundry/dry-cleaning company.

A quality control programme is in place and clients may be randomly contacted throughout the year.  An annual questionnaire is sent to the clients to assess satisfaction.
