• 1990 – Launch of Molesey and Dittons Housework Scheme

• By end 1990 – Helping 200 clients with housework

• 1993 - Bathing service launched

• 2000 – Shopping service launched

• 2001 - Services extended to cover the whole of Elmbridge

• 2004 – Relief Visiting Service for Carers launched

• 2006 – Helping over 500 clients

• 2007 - MDHS website launched

• 2008 - Relocated office from Thames Ditton to Walton on Thames and Gardening service launched
